PT Pesona Boga Abadi, the proud owner of the Potteria brand, invites a skilled FAT Supervisor to lead our F&B restaurant operations in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. This full-time role offers an immediate start for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with restaurant teams and cross-functional colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold food safety, and optimize daily operations.
As FAT Supervisor, you will be accountable for maintaining service standards, staff productivity, coaching, and driving continuous improvements across front-of-house and beverage programs. You will coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure food quality, portion control, waste management, and inventory accuracy while driving cost controls. Your leadership will empower a motivated team to exceed guest expectations while upholding health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibility
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Monitor guest experience and respond to inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Coach and supervise front-of-house staff, conduct training, and manage staff schedules.
- Oversee beverage program, inventory management, portion control, and collaboration with the kitchen for quality and consistency.
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and local regulations.
- Analyze sales data, manage costs, and optimize labor, waste, and inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
Qualification
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality environments.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for staff development and training.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles; food handler certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; effective cross-functional collaboration.
