We are seeking a professional Female Personal Driver to provide reliable, discreet transportation for a private household based in Surabaya. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rp 2.500.000 – Rp 3.500.000, plus essential benefits and a supportive work environment. What you’ll do: manage daily driving tasks for family members, plan efficient routes to appointments, run errands, and ensure timely arrivals. Maintain a clean, well-serviced vehicle, monitor fuel and general maintenance, and report any issues promptly. Ensure privacy and security, adhere to all traffic laws, and uphold a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications: Indonesian citizen; valid driver's license (SIM A) with a clean driving record; minimum 2 years of driving experience; strong navigation skills, GPS proficiency, and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge; excellent communication in Indonesian (basic English is a plus); trustworthy, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality; able to adapt to flexible schedules and occasional weekend tasks.
Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain the family vehicle, keeping it clean and well-serviced
- Plan efficient routes and manage daily schedules for timely arrivals
- Run errands and accompany family members to appointments, events, and activities
- Ensure safety and security of passengers, assets, and information
- Adhere to traffic laws, road safety protocols, and company policies
- Maintain professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality
- Coordinate with household members to adjust plans as needed
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel levels, and report issues promptly
Qualification
- Female candidate with professional demeanor; Indonesian citizen preferred
- Valid SIM A with a clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years of proven driving experience, preferably as a personal or private driver
- Strong navigation skills and experience using GPS, maps apps, and route planning
- Excellent communication in Indonesian; basic English is a plus
- Trusted, punctual, discreet, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules, including occasional weekends or late hours
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
