As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of store records, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collect data, observe procedures, and prepare comprehensive audit reports that translate findings into practical recommendations for store teams and regional leadership. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to various retail sites as needed.

Responsibility
- Conduct on-site field audits at assigned New Retail locations to verify cash handling, POS transactions, inventory counts, and pricing accuracy.
- Review store documentation, reconcile variances, and document audit findings with clear, evidence-backed notes.
- Assess compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements; identify control gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare concise, actionable audit reports and executive summaries for regional managers.
- Collaborate with store managers, sales teams, and auditors to implement recommendations and track improvements.
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and travel plans; communicate findings in a timely manner.
- Support risk assessment activities and contribute to process improvements across retail locations.
Qualification
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1β2 years of field audit, internal control, or retail accounting experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data collection tools; familiarity with audit software is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Semarang and surrounding areas; able to work independently and manage multiple audits.
- Fluent Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
