Responsibility
- Conduct visits to customers for debt collection purposes.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers to ensure timely debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on collection progress.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to debt repayment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in debt collection or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
