Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to customers for motor collection purposes
- Communicate effectively with customers to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment terms and solutions with customers
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Report on collection progress to management regularly
Qualification
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
