Responsibility
- Conduct on-site visits to collect payments from customers
- Manage and update customer payment records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers

Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in collections or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
