Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to collect payments from customers
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
- Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers
- Report on collection activity and feedback to management
Qualification
- Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of motor finance industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
