Responsibility
- Performing field visits to customers for collections
- Negotiating payment terms with customers
- Ensuring timely payments and follow-up with delinquent accounts
- Providing excellent customer service during collections process
- Maintaining accurate collection records and documentation
Qualification
- Prior experience in collections or customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
