We are seeking a dynamic Finance & Account Manager to take charge of our financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing FP&A, managing costs effectively, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company.
Responsibility
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process
- Manage and optimize cost structures
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar finance/accounting role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
