Join Cassa Design's finance team as a Finance, Accounting and Tax Specialist. As part of the Finance, Accounting and Tax function, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, oversee accounts payable/receivable, assist with monthly closings, ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate financial information and insights to leadership. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Prepare and review monthly closings, journal entries, and reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, VAT, corporate income tax, and tax reporting deadlines.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive data-driven decision making.
- Assist with financial reporting and preparation of management reports for leadership.
- Maintain robust internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and tax audits.
- Manage vendor master data and support payroll processing as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience; tax experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
- Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience with tax compliance, VAT, corporate income tax, and tax reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is preferred; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
