Responsibility
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and documentation.
- Support daily accounting functions including invoicing, data entry, and transaction recordings.
- Help in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist with account reconciliations and expense analysis.
- Coordinate with team members during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks as required.
- Conduct research on financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Perform other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
