Responsibility
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the organization.
- Prepare timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and debt management.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close processes.
- Ensure robust internal controls, compliance with local regulations, and audit readiness.
- Provide strategic financial insights to department heads to enable informed decision-making.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a finance team, driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable reporting to executives and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/CA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance; at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and tax compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and forecast cash flow with accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and commitment to ethical finance practices.
