Geprek Gold Chick is seeking a results-driven Finance Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance and accounting functions in Jakarta Barat. This pivotal role blends hands-on accounting with strategic leadership to deliver accurate financial records, timely reporting, and robust internal controls for a growing organization. You will partner with operations, procurement, and regional teams to support strategic decisions, optimize cost structures, and drive sustainable financial performance in a dynamic market.
As the Finance Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management. You will own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, and provide insightful analysis to management to guide budgeting and forecasting. You will also build and maintain a strong control environment, monitor financial risk, and ensure alignment with company policies across departments.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes to produce accurate financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present timely financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management.
- Maintain robust internal controls, ensure compliance with policies, and support risk management efforts.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities; oversee tax filings such as VAT and income tax compliance.
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relations, and treasury activities to optimize liquidity.
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team; assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Identify and implement process enhancements and ERP improvements to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum 4-6 years of accounting/finance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
