We are seeking a motivated Finance Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Bisa Group. As the Supervisor, you will oversee the finance and accounting functions for our multi-brand restaurant group in Medan. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, managing financial reports, taxes, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
