Job description

Pengiklan Anonim is actively seeking a results-oriented Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance operations in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. In this role, you will oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will manage a small team of accounting professionals, coordinate with operations, sales, and procurement, and ensure the integrity of financial data across the organization.

As a member of the finance leadership team, you will drive process improvements, optimize cash flow, and maintain robust internal controls. You will be responsible for timely and accurate financial statements, budget monitoring, forecast updates, and variance analysis. The role also includes preparing reports for management and external stakeholders, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax requirements. You will leverage ERP systems and data analytics to provide actionable insights that support growth and cost optimization.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily finance operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close.
  • Lead the monthly and annual close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and internal control standards; coordinate with external auditors.
  • Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts; perform scenario planning and performance tracking.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP utilization to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team; foster a culture of integrity and high performance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1); professional certification (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience; prior supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting; familiarity with PSAK and IFRS where applicable.
  • Proficiency with ERP and accounting software; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Detail-oriented with high integrity and ethical standards; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working with cross-functional teams; English proficiency preferred.
