Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified Finance, Accounting & Tax Department Head to join our team at Astel Group in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK / IFRS), Corporate Taxation, Tax Compliance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, and Cash Flow management.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax department
- Ensure compliance with Financial Accounting Standards and Corporate Tax Regulations
- Develop and oversee financial planning and analysis processes
- Create and monitor budgets and cash flow projections
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles
- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and tax laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
