Based in Jakarta Utara, you will lead the day to day accounting activities, oversee tax filings, and mentor a growing finance team. In this role you will partner with cross functional teams to streamline processes, implement strong internal controls, and ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and applicable accounting standards. You will manage tax planning and reporting, monitor compliance with Indonesian tax laws, and coordinate audits with external advisors. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non financial stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate financial statements and timely reporting
- Lead tax planning, compliance and filings in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Manage and develop the accounting and tax team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Maintain robust internal controls and accurate general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for management and audits
- Coordinate internal and external audits, respond to inquiries, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on process improvements, budgeting and forecasting
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certification (CPA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulatory reporting
- Proficiency with ERP and accounting software, plus advanced Excel skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience coordinating internal and external audits and supporting management reporting
