Responsibility
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and vendor statements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with data entry for journal entries, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Support bank reconciliations and daily cash management activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper document retention for audit trails.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close activities.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and salary-related records (where applicable).
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and adherence to internal controls.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common Office tools; working knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
