Responsibility

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, manage vendor invoices and payments, and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs.
  • Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with local tax laws and reporting requirements, and assist during internal and external audits.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.

  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and regulatory compliance (BIR) and financial controls.
