As the Finance Analyst – Application Manager, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial to optimize working capital and COGS, and ensure accurate month-end closures. You will also lead the governance for financial applications (ERP, consolidation tools), ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. Responsibility

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for pharmaceutical operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the governance of financial applications (ERP and related tools), maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial teams to optimize COGS and working capital.
  • Coordinate monthly close activities, prepare variance analyses, and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements; support SOX controls and audit readiness.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve data quality.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting; pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial consolidation tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
