As the Finance Analyst – Application Manager, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial to optimize working capital and COGS, and ensure accurate month-end closures. You will also lead the governance for financial applications (ERP, consolidation tools), ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. This role combines accounting rigor with strategic business partnering, offering the opportunity to influence capital allocation and business decisions at a regional level.

Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for pharmaceutical operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the governance of financial applications (ERP and related tools), maintaining data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial teams to optimize COGS and working capital.
- Coordinate monthly close activities, prepare variance analyses, and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements; support SOX controls and audit readiness.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve data quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting; pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial consolidation tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
