In this supervisory position, you will oversee the close process, manage month-end reporting, and coordinate budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams. You will implement robust internal controls, optimize working capital, and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations. Your leadership will mentor junior staff, foster continuous improvement, and help standardize processes across the finance function to support rapid growth in the textile sector.

Responsibility
- Lead daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end close.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports for leadership.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with cross-functional input from production and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and statutory filings; coordinate with external auditors.
- Strengthen internal controls, cash management, and treasury activities; optimize working capital.
- Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing overhead allocation.
- Mentor and develop finance staff; foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (CPA/CA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or textile industries.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing overheads.
- Fluent Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
