Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly closes, and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time shipments and accurate inventory records.
- Monitor budget performance, perform variance analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Support procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration with data-driven insights.
- Analyze data to forecast demand, inventory levels, and transportation costs; collaborate with IT to implement automation tools.
- Prepare management dashboards and present financial and operational metrics to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, logistics, or an integrated finance-operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia preferred; additional languages a plus.
