Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a results-driven Finance Controller to join our growing finance team in Jakarta. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information across the organization.
In this leadership role, you will partner with Operations and senior management to drive robust financial planning, performance analysis, and policy development. You will lead the monthly close, coordinate external audits, and ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies.
As a strategic financial partner, you will help optimize cash flow, maintain rigorous control environments, and translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Own financial reporting packages for internal management and external stakeholders, including variance analysis and executive dashboards.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning aligned with business strategy.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls and risk management programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, manage remediation of control deficiencies, and support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and treasury activities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as FP&A, operations, and commercial teams to support strategic decision making.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controls in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS, with adeptness at applying regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high performing team.
- Expertise with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
