Joy Nostalg Group is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Management Officer to join the Finance Management Unit of the Land Investment Office. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the processing of bank instruments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization's investment activities with rigorous financial discipline.
As a key member of the treasury and accounting function, you will collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure timely settlement, reconciliation, and reporting. You will contribute to monthly closes, assist in forecasting, and help safeguard assets by enforcing internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include handling bank instruments such as letters of credit and guarantees, overseeing cash management, performing reconciliations, preparing financial analyses, and supporting audit activities. The ideal candidate will balance analytical rigor with practical execution, respond quickly to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibility
- Process, verify, and track bank instruments (letters of credit, bank guarantees, drafts) in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and monitor treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity analyses to support investment decisions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate posting of all treasury-related transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external banking partners to ensure timely settlement of instruments and payments.
- Maintain and strengthen internal control processes, risk assessments, and compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate data, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in audit preparation, respond to auditor inquiries, and implement resulting recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of bank instruments, cash management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using ERP or accounting software.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with banks and internal teams.
