DFINITI invites a results-driven Finance Manager to join our Singapore-based team. This role combines leadership, financial stewardship, and strategic business partnering to support sustainable growth. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the full-spectrum of financial management, including monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will ensure robust internal controls, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate audits. Your partnership with operations, sales, and executives will translate data into actionable strategies that optimize performance and drive value.

Responsibility
- Lead month-end close and deliver accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS/FRS and company policy.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; communicate insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
- Maintain robust internal controls, risk management, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Manage a finance team, provide coaching, and drive process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; professional qualification such as CPA/CA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards (IFRS/FRS) and corporate tax compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial consolidation/close processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
