Responsibility
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
- Own monthly close, variance analysis, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, financial models, and scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with treasury and accounting teams to optimize liquidity and working capital.
- Implement robust internal controls and compliance standards in line with GAAP and SOX where applicable.
- Provide business insights to non-finance teams and influence strategic initiatives.
- Manage a small analytics team, mentoring and developing talent.
- Support M&A diligence and integration efforts as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and financial planning tools; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a regulated industry or public company environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
