We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at IDP Philippines, located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and performance of the organization.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
