Responsibility
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles, including consolidation and variance analysis.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity management.
- Coordinate with accounting and FP&A to deliver timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop financial strategy, KPI framework, and performance dashboards.
- Implement financial controls, risk management, and process improvements across finance operations.
- Lead a high-performing team, mentor analysts, and drive talent development.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or treasury.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategic plans.
- Proven leadership and people management skills; ability to develop and coach a high-performing team.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
