Responsibility
- Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes, delivering accurate, linked financial plans across all business units.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support performance analysis, scenario planning, and capital allocation decisions.
- Provide insightful variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-ready presentations to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement programs across product lines and functions.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and healthy working capital management.
- Drive financial governance, policy adherence, and internal control enhancements to mitigate risk.
- Coach and develop junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CMA/CPA is preferred.
- 7+ years in finance roles with strong FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.
- Proven ability to influence at the executive level and translate data into strategic actions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a multi-entity environment and working with cross-functional teams.
