Nova Financial Group is seeking a Finance Manager - Financial Management to lead our planning and performance initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibility
- Lead monthly close, planning, and forecasting cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and capital allocation decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with operations, sales, and product teams to drive performance improvements.
- Drive FP&A processes to improve visibility into revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
- Provide insightful variance analysis and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
- Oversee treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance; support internal and external audits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 7+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SOX controls and experience supporting audits.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team.
