Responsibility
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning to align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate initiatives, investments, and profitability scenarios.
- Monitor KPIs, variance analysis, and prepare insightful management reports for the CFO and senior leadership.
- Oversee month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliation, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with business units to drive cost optimization, revenue growth, and capital allocation decisions.
- Manage treasury activities including liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and cash forecasting.
- Drive process improvements, policy development, and adherence to GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning & analysis, or controllership within financial services or a comparable industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, with prior experience supporting audits and external reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven project management abilities and collaboration skills across functions such as Treasury, Tax, and Ops.
- Professional certifications (CPA/CA or CFA) are a plus; bilingual abilities a bonus.
