Job description

GMP Group is seeking a Finance Manager for its network of clinics. This permanent role requires an experienced finance leader capable of overseeing multi-site accounting, financial planning, and reporting. You will partner with clinical and operations leadership to safeguard assets, optimize profitability, and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and group policies. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, and will join a dynamic environment that serves patients across multiple sites. An urgent start is available for the right candidate.

In this role you will oversee month end closes, statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. You will lead process improvements, implement robust financial controls, and support audits. You will analyze performance metrics, identify cost saving opportunities, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business decisions across clinics, while maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy.

Responsibility

  • Lead the finance function for multiple clinics, ensuring accurate accounting, timely closes, and robust internal controls.
  • Manage month-end close, statutory reporting, and coordination of external audits across sites.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and cash flow projections with variance analysis.
  • Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and implement system improvements to enhance data quality.
  • Oversee revenue recognition, cost control, procurement oversight, and working capital optimization.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership to improve profitability, service mix, and capital expenditure decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small finance team; provide mentorship and performance guidance.
  • Prepare insightful management reports and dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinic administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with high integrity and attention to detail.
