Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, aligning with strategic goals.
- Oversee monthly close, consolidation, and external reporting to senior leadership.
- Own cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury management.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Partner with FP&A and business units to build robust business cases and scenario planning.
- Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance, supporting SOX governance as applicable.
- Lead finance system improvements (ERP, BI tooling) and data analytics initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent; MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
- 5+ years in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance, with progression.
- Deep GAAP knowledge and experience with internal controls and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence across teams.
- Authorized to work in the United States; based in NYC or willing to relocate.
