Key responsibilities include driving standardization of R2R processes, reducing cycle times, improving data quality, and ensuring adherence to local accounting standards and corporate policies. You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, oversee system controls and ERP configurations related to intercompany activity, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to influence financial outcomes in a multinational environment, work with diverse stakeholders, and advance your leadership career within Vestas.

We offer a collaborative, fast-paced work culture, competitive compensation, and robust opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are a people-focused, data-driven finance professional with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results, we want to hear from you.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies; support internal and external audits and SOX-like controls where applicable.
  • Oversee ERP system configurations and data integrity related to intercompany activity; champion data governance and process automation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for close efficiency, accuracy, and quality; provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional credential is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with strong R2R and intercompany expertise; prior team leadership is a plus.
