Indonesia Bakery Family invites you to join our team as a Finance Staff in Purwokerto, Central Java. This full-time role supports essential accounting operations for a growing bakery brand focused on quality, consistency, and reliable financial data. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel and brings a meticulous, proactive approach to managing numbers, invoices, and records.
As a Finance Staff, you will help maintain accurate financial records, process day-to-day transactions, and support monthly closings. You will collaborate with store teams and management to ensure timely reporting, strong internal controls, and information that informs budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions. This role offers hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and basic financial analysis.
What you will do
- Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
- Support monthly closings, journal entries, and accuracy of financial records
- Prepare basic financial reports and management summaries
- Assist budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation activities
- Maintain organized invoices, receipts, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with operations and management to improve processes and internal controls
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
What we look for
A detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to thrive in a small team environment. A degree in accounting or finance and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Knowledge of basic Indonesian financial regulations and tax concepts is a plus.

Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (1–2 years of experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Understanding of basic Indonesian financial regulations and tax concepts
- Effective communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus
