In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across cash flow, invoicing, and reporting. As our Finance Staff, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial records, support monthly closings, and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will manage essential tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and routine financial reporting. Responsibility
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain general ledger entries and perform monthly closing tasks to support reliable financial reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collect, verify, and organize financial data for audits and reporting.
- Generate basic financial reports and summaries for management using Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial processes and process improvements.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in retail or bakery sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software and ERP is a plus.
- Excellent data entry accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Integrity and adherence to internal controls and confidentiality.
