PT Sakura Sejahtera is seeking a results-driven Finance Supervisor to lead the accounting and finance functions in Bekasi Selatan, Jawa Barat. As Finance Supervisor, you will oversee daily financial operations, ensure the accuracy of the general ledger, and drive timely financial reporting in line with PSAK (Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards). You will manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity while maintaining robust internal controls to protect company assets.
Your responsibilities include coordinating month-end close, preparing management reports, supervising accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements. You will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance analysis, and collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales to optimize profitability and cost control. You will also mentor junior staff, implement process improvements, and help digitize finance activities using ERP systems and automation tools.

Responsibility
- Lead daily finance operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processing.
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization to support business needs.
- Coordinate monthly and year-end close processes; prepare timely financial statements and management reports per PSAK.
- Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, payments, and collections to ensure timely settlement.
- Maintain robust internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance with local regulations and tax requirements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives across departments.
- Lead and develop the finance team; implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, sales) to optimize profitability and cash position; support audit activities as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance, with leadership or supervisory exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian PSAK/IFRS and solid understanding of financial reporting and close processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with budgeting tools and financial systems.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax) and payroll processes; ability to work with tax advisors and auditors.
