Jackson And Ching Builders Development Corporation is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions across our construction and development projects.

Responsibility
- Lead monthly budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, aligning with strategic goals and project timelines.
- Prepare timely management reports, variance analyses, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls; support treasury and procurement teams.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in compliance with PFRS and internal policies; coordinate with internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain financial models for project evaluation, capital expenditures, and scenario planning.
- Partner with project managers and operations to analyze profitability, pricing, and cost-to-complete for ongoing projects.
- Improve financial processes, controls, and data quality by implementing automation and reporting best practices.
- Support year-end close, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; construction or real estate sector preferred.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and internal controls.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and management; highly organized and deadline-driven.
- CPA is a plus but not required.
