Responsibility
- Oversee finance operations for multiple plants within the Indonesia Business Unit, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reporting.
- Lead monthly closes, consolidation of group financial statements, and preparation of management reports for executive audiences.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to support strategic decisions.
- Implement and monitor cost control programs, analyze variances, and drive cost-saving initiatives across production and logistics.
- Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with PSAK IFRS standards and tax regulations, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Partner with operations and supply chain to optimize working capital, capex approvals, and cash flow management.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team; recruit, coach, and evaluate talent.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and provide strategic financial insights to the Indonesia Business Unit leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting; professional designation such as CPA/CA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with multi-plant manufacturing exposure.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK IFRS, taxation, and local compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in consolidation, closing processes, and financial reporting for complex organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial planning tools; expert-level Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Fluency in English; proficient Indonesian communication; ability to collaborate across functions.
