Responsibility
- Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecast, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Develop and manage financial models, scenario planning, and key performance indicators to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and liquidity planning to support growth initiatives.
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
- Partner with the CFO and department heads to drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small finance team; oversee vendor relationships and ERP optimization (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support SOX readiness and audit processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or finance leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; demonstrated leadership and people-management ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
