Responsibility
- Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, consolidation, and external reporting in compliance with GAAP.
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity, delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and capital investment decisions.
- Produce accurate management reports and executive dashboards with clear KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate accounting, or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven communication and leadership abilities; able to influence across functions and levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
