Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise Front of House team, ensuring superior guest experiences from arrival to departure.
  • Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists; optimize dining room flow during peak periods.
  • Uphold service standards, maintain menu knowledge, and coordinate with kitchen for timely orders.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members; provide constructive feedback and performance recognition.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and health regulations; enforce hygiene protocols in the dining area.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues with courtesy and speed.
  • Coordinate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and accurate beverage and dish delivery.
  • Assist during busy periods and support event or banqueting service as needed.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front-of-house leadership within hospitality or food service.
  • Proven track record as a floor captain or supervisor with a strong guest service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
