Join Toko Bakmi Kita as a Floor Supervisor and lead the heartbeat of our busy dining room in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will oversee daily floor operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold the high standards that our guests expect. You will work closely with service and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency, inventory control, and strict adherence to SOPs and food safety guidelines.
As Floor Supervisor, you will manage shift schedules, coach and develop team members, and monitor performance to ensure consistent results. You will supervise front-of-house activities, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth handoffs between stations. By actively observing service flow and guest feedback, you will implement improvements that reduce wait times and increase guest satisfaction. You will also oversee inventory levels, receive deliveries, and collaborate with purchasing to minimize waste while controlling costs. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic performance metrics is a plus.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, coach staff, and provide performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and coordinate with purchasing to minimize waste.
- Enforce SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards across the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage POS operations, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.
- Support opening and closing duties, ensuring proper setup and security.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
- 1-3 years in restaurant or retail supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitization standards.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service orientation.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
