As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily floor operations, coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensure every service touchpoint meets our standards for quality, speed, and safety. You will collaborate closely with cooks, servers, and hosts to deliver seamless service, manage queue and table turns, and champion health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with company SOPs.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily floor operations across service areas, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery and a memorable guest experience.
  • Lead and supervise floor staff, assign tasks, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards; enforce SOPs and food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor guest experience, respond to feedback, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain timely service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and par levels; assist with receiving and storage processes.
  • Support scheduling, shift planning, and labor cost controls to optimize staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with management to train new hires and foster a positive, teamwork-driven environment.
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, table turnover, upselling, and service times; report findings to the supervisor/manager.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality or Food & Beverage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; guest-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; familiarity with HACCP and SOPs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility with shift patterns, including weekends/evenings.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic math, and cash handling.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Availability to work on-site in Tangerang and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
