Join the dynamic Food & Beverage team at Winford Manila Resort and Casino as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee daily F&B operations across outlets, ensure top-tier guest service, and guide a team to exceed expectations.
As a supervisor, you will manage floor operations, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, monitor service standards, and implement streamlined processes to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue. You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching; maintain inventory and cost controls; enforce safety and hygiene standards; and collaborate on menu engineering and event support.
Responsibilities include ensuring seamless restaurant and bar service, supervising service colleagues, handling guest concerns with professionalism, auditing daily revenue, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and security procedures. Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets to ensure service excellence and brand standards.
- Lead, train, and coach a team of service staff; manage scheduling and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with culinary teams on menu pacing, presentation, and quality control.
- Monitor inventory, par levels, ordering, and cost controls; minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Supervise beverage program, bar operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain rigorous sanitation, safety, and sanitation practices; ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate on events, promotions, and banqueting operations to drive revenue and guest engagement.
Qualification
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills; able to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, guest-relations, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of F&B service standards, wine and beverage program, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and remain composed under pressure.
- Experience with cost control, budgeting, and report generation; proficiency with POS and inventory systems.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards; commitment to brand guidelines and compliance.
- Fluency in English required; Filipino language skills are a plus.
