Join our Elite Refereeing Network in London. We seek experienced match officials to oversee domestic fixtures across youth and senior leagues. This is a contract-based role offering flexible schedules and competitive pay per match.
As a referee, you will uphold the highest standards of fairness, safety, and integrity, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
We provide ongoing training, practical support, and access to a wide range of officiating opportunities across multiple leagues.
Responsibility
- Enforce the Laws of the Game and ensure fair play on match day.
- Manage game flow, timekeeping, and restart procedures.
- Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and assistant referees to control the match.
- Monitor player conduct, issue cautions and penalties consistently, and report incidents when necessary.
- Ensure player safety, manage on-field conflicts, and de-escalate tense situations.
- Complete pre-match checks, equipment inspections, and post-match reports promptly.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and ongoing development opportunities.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of refereeing experience in football (soccer) or equivalent sport officiating.
- Official referee license or certification from a recognized body (e.g., FA Refereeing courses).
- Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure.
- High level of fitness with the ability to keep up with play.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong integrity.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during seasonal campaigns.
