Join our premier Seattle based sports academy as a Senior Sports Coach. You will lead and inspire athletes across youth and competitive programs, delivering high-impact training that builds skill, confidence, and teamwork.
As a member of our coaching team, you will design evidence-based practice sessions, monitor athlete safety, track progress, and collaborate with parents, school partners, and performance staff to ensure every athlete reaches their potential.

Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with program goals and individual needs.
- Lead engaging 60 to 90 minute practice sessions for youth and competitive athletes across football and multisport activities.
- Assess technical skills, fitness, and tactical understanding; provide actionable feedback and progress tracking.
- Ensure athlete safety through proper warmups, injury prevention, equipment checks, and emergency readiness.
- Coach across multiple sports, adapting drills to age groups and skill levels while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with parents, school partners, and performance staff to communicate progress, scheduling, and expectations.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop assistant coaches and volunteers while upholding the academy's culture and values.
Qualification
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., USSF/US Soccer, NATA, NASM, or equivalent) and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience with youth and/or competitive athletes in football or multisport settings.
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and adjust training based on athlete data and feedback.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with athletes, parents, and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple groups, schedule sessions, and maintain accurate progress records.
- Commitment to safety, inclusion, and a positive coaching philosophy that fosters growth.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to pass background checks and clearances.
