Aurora Financial Partners is hiring a FP&A Manager to join our NYC team. This role partners with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial strategy, planning, and performance across the business.
As FP&A Manager, you will own the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights that support growth and profitability.

Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes with cross-functional teams.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize revenue, margins, and cash flow.
- Partner with operations to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Own management reporting including dashboards for executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls; support external audits.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years FP&A, corporate finance, or equivalent experience in a mid-to-large organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into business implications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across finance and non-finance teams.
- Experience with GAAP/IFRS, controls, and financial consolidation.
