Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions using modern web stacks.
- Write clean, well-documented code with tests and robust error handling.
- Deliver features on time and provide transparent progress updates, risks, and blockers.
- Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and post-launch optimization for reliability.
- Document API contracts, architectural decisions, and user guides for ongoing client use.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, focused on modern web technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React or Node.js.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (PR reviews).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Portfolio of live projects or contributions to open-source work.
