Responsibility
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern tooling
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Implement responsive UI, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Write clean, modular, well-documented code with unit and integration tests
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability; participate in code reviews
- Manage project milestones, estimates, and communication with clients; ensure on-time delivery
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional web development experience, including freelancing or contract roles
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills; ability to work across time zones
- A portfolio of live projects or GitHub demonstrating prior freelance work
